Can I personalize my suite?
Yes, you can personalize your salon space your way with artwork, music, furniture and decor.
Rent price varies based on the suite location and which size suite you need. We have standard, large or double suites options. Contact us today to inquire about pricing.
Owning a salon suite gives you all the benefits of owning your own business without the risk and expense. You can run your business exactly how you want to.
At Ava Salon Suites, you have 24/7 access to your suite. You can come in whenever you choose and take clients whenever you’d like! Being completely in control of your schedule is one of the biggest perks to being a salon suite owner.
Many of our singles can easily accommodate two professionals working side by side full time, and our doubles can handle a third professional comfortably.

We offer 6 month or 12 month lease.
As long as you have a current state license, as well as a local business license or have started your application then the process is very simple. We would schedule a tour so you can visit our salon suites and see if we are a good fit for you.
